For the past 5-6 years I've had a problem with my right knee.  I couldn't get up and walk without hobbling, couldn't negotiate stairs very well due to the pain, couldn't run and was in constant pain. 

Also, I had a hysterectomy about four years ago and suffered with terrible hot flashes...my husband said I was driving him crazy always fanning myself with my hands and saying "I need some air.  Oh, oh, I'm so hot". 

Thank goodness for AIO!  Since taking AIO I no longer have a problem with my knee or my hot flashes.  My husband and I both feel great.  We have more energy, I sleep better than I can remember sleeping in years.  Everyone, regardless of their health condition needs to be on this product.  We love it and are so excited about AIO and the income opportunity Ceres Living has provided for us.
